Teams are encouraged to fight in honor of a child with a pediatric disease. When the team captain registers the team, they will identify the child the team is fighting for and their diagnosis. The day of the event, hand wraps will be given to each team member in the color that symbolizes the child's disease to signify why the team is fighting. Additionally, we request team captains invite the team's honorary child to punch the bag during "Warrior Hour," the first hour of the event.
The amount of members a team can have is unlimited. Team captains are responsible for recruiting those members and assigning them shifts to ensure there is always someone punching their team's designated bag. Team captains are also responsible for fundraising the team's required $500 goal. (Registration fees count towards the overall goal. Meaning, if you have 12 people on your team (1 person per hour) that's already $480!)
There will also be raffles and prizes for various competitions such as: top fundraising team, top fundraising individual, most punches per hour, and many more!
NO BOXING EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED TO PARTICIPATE!
Each hour is led by a Title Boxing trainer - individuals of any age and skill level will be able to take part in the event!
noon - 6pm
Participants, families and the community are invited to join the block party fun in the parking lot of Title West Boxing Club.
